Event Policy
Requirements for Events:
- Please make sure you check your calendar before you sign-up for events
- Also if you are the only person at the event take a selfie of you and the event, so we know you attended
- To cancel an event:
- Make sure you cancel at least 2 days prior to the event so the officers and supervisors of the event will know and can find someone to take your place.
- Signing out less than 2 days prior will result in deductions:
- A no-show with no notice will result in being deducted half of the hours of the actual event
- If you sign out OR change a shift less than 2 days prior to the event, you will be deducted 1 hour
- If you leave early, come late, or do not stay for the shifts you signed up for, you will be deducted 1 hour.
- If you find someone to replace you, you will receive no deductions.
